A personal page for the hours between things: a little about me, a lot about my cat, and a journal I keep when I remember to.

About
SMALL HOURS is a personal page, started in the autumn of 2026.
I'm M., and this is where I put the things that don't fit anywhere else. Some of it is writing. Some of it is photographs of my cat, Tommy, who has no idea any of this is being documented. Before long, there will be a few things I've made, too.
I like work that takes its time: hand-built pots, letters that arrive late, recipes that need an overnight rest. This site is meant to be like that too. It updates slowly and it doesn't track you.
If something here made you think of something, I'd like to hear about it.
